The apartment is located on Avenue Albert 1er, on the second floor of a secure residence.

It features a bright double living room with large bay windows, a fully-equipped kitchen with bar, a bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The four bedrooms are spacious, some with a desk, and one with its own shower room. Bed sizes are as follows: 2 beds 160x200 and 2 beds 140x200.

Nice flat in quiet neighborhood

We were in town for the Tour de France. The apartment was close to the tram/metro stops and there were a few convenience stores markets just one stop away. The apartment was clean, quiet, and exactly as advertised. Communication with the property manager was very prompt and thorough. We were a little disappointed that some of the local restaurants were closed on the weekends but we were able to use Uber eats for delivery. (Obviously not under the control of the property but the reason for 4 of 5 stars for neighborhood.)Overall a great property for a family group and I would highly recommend it.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in Lille für die Olympischen Spiele 2024. Apartment hat eine super Lage. Fussläufig alles erreichbar. Check In Prozess lief auch super. Leider haben nicht alle Armaturen im Bad funktioniert. Auch hätte man vor allem.das Geschirr ordentlich spülen können. Nichtsdestotrotz waren wir sehr zufrieden.
