The home features four bedrooms: three with plush queen beds and a fun bunk room with two singles, perfect for kids or extra guests. Reverse cycle air conditioning keeps things cosy year-round. Gather around the massive dining table for shared meals, games, or long chats by the fire—it’s a space that brings people together.
The grounds are park-like and peaceful, dotted with massive, shady trees and a charming old windmill that adds to the rustic charm. Wander the open space, kick a ball around with the kids, or simply relax with a glass of wine under the trees. With multiple outdoor dining areas—including a rustic alfresco kitchen and firepit setting—there’s always a perfect spot to soak up the scenery, share a meal, or watch the sunset.

Rolling down the driveway on Friday evening we were greeted by the serenity of Meadowbrook - twinkling fairy lights, a spacious lawn for the kids, cute homemade bar area and plenty of outdoor seating. The house was immaculate with plenty of options for beds, heating, sitting areas, etc so we could all spread out and have space. Everything was clean, tidy and easy to use. We used the house as a base for the Lonely Mountain Ultra and then visits to vineyards etc the next day. We enjoyed the fire pit and the kids loved exploring outside and seeing kangaroos. Everything was perfect and we could have stayed much, much longer! Beds were exceptionally comfy - we all slept in for hours each morning: total luxury considering we had 4 kids in the house!
