Second time here and there will be a third. A+ on everything- food, staff, activities, facilities. Awesome for families. We went on spring break and it never felt crowded.

Checkin super easy very friendly staff. Cleanness of the room very good. Staff always helpful. Food very good and different options. Clean and organized buffet. The pillow department have to improve but not something dealbreaker

The condo was bare bones: 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 towels, minimal kitchen utensils/pans, no sponge, no dish towel, no salt & pepper. You really need to be able to speak spanish to talk to the staff and check in. The pool was lovely and peaceful. Also, relatively secure with locked doors.
