Good service in the reception. Not enough good service from the waiters in the buffet. Limited towels in room (only 2 for 5 people). Pool close too early. Too much noise; you can hear your neighbors.

Nice property, good food, very clear. We will definitely come back. The problem was the water....this periode was full of sargasum in the ocean, the beach was clean but impossible touch the ocean. We had a VIP package but we were very disappointed. They said premium drinks, but often they are out of stock. So basically we pair for nothing. Thank you to Wandy from Miraflores, you made our stay better.

The staff at The Premier Suites were top notch. Glenny was our premier assistant and was there to help us plan and schedule each day. Sergio and Luis at the Premier Suites main lobby were also so helpful they took us around looking at the properties and shared which famous celebrity loved where. That was an unexpected and fun evening! The food quality was spectacular and fresh. I will say as a whole the servers where at the beach or restaurants were very inattentive and moved slow. Example we asked for drinks on Playa Minitas and an hr later they were brought. Even if you went up and ordered a drink from the bar... Zero effort on speed. It's one thing to be on island time and another thing to see a group of 5 bartenders talking and ignoring the guests intentionally.

Though I hated my room. This property was beautiful and the people were equally beautiful.

**Simply extraordinary!** This hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — everyone was warm, friendly, and welcoming. A very special mention to our butler, **Daniel**, who was absolutely incredible. He was always there when we needed something, kind, courteous, professional, and extremely attentive. Daniel truly made our stay even more special. We can’t thank him enough! The waiters were also extremely attentive throughout our stay. When it comes to dining, we highly recommend the **Italian** and **French** restaurants — both offered delicious meals and excellent service. There’s also an amazing **beachfront restaurant** available exclusively to Preferred Club guests, which we had access to — and it was one of our favorite experiences. The **drinks at the bars were top-shelf**, and the **rooms were very spacious and comfortable**. Everything was so well thought out. Honestly, we didn’t want to go back home because we had such a wonderful time. We’ll definitely return!
