"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had magnificent views of the lake with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The breakfast was delicious - lots of options including made to order omelettes with a dining space with lake views. We received a warm welcome from the staff each time we came into the lobby and they were able to offer good local knowledge if we had any queries. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever get the chance."

"A lovely character hotel with a lovely feel about it . A great room . Lovely friendly staff. The breakfast was good and a great location to Lake Geneva and only an 8 minute walk from the main train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to come to Montreux. "

"The staff are help, friendly and efficient…cannot fault their commitment to providing a good stay. Sadly, at the height of the ski season, with temperatures of -12/-14 outside, they gave me a room without heating 🙈. The central heating appeared inoperative, in its place a tiny ineffective electric heater was provided. A terrible shame for what was otherwise a very satisfactory hotel for our needs."

"The balcony view was superb with the lake and city view. The breakfast was also excellent with the variety of choices and it's also delicious. The hotel room is also spacious and modern with a bar inside for guest to get free drinks. Only downside is the Safran restaurant where they didn't fully honor our drink voucher given by hotel mona and pasta was also not that good there (e.g. Fusili). "
