This unit, named Seattle Slew after the legendary American Triple Crown winner, is one of six newly renovated units in our luxury Airbnb property. You will have access to your own private unit, one parking spot, the community patio area and the snack/coffee bar in the lobby, which we keep stocked with delicious local treats.

When you arrive, you will park in the lot behind the building and enter through the side door. A portion of the bottom floor is dedicated to office space for W Principles, while the rest of the building is devoted to 3FORTY Airbnbs!

3FORTY is stand-alone building that operates like a boutique hotel. Each of our six units has hand-selected details to deliver a uniquely Lexingtonian experience. Upon arrival, simply type in the code on the door and make your way to your unit!

During your stay at 3FORTY, you are steps away from some of the city’s most celebrated food, drink, and culture. Our downtown is walkable, easy to navigate, and full of character and charm. Simply perfect!

From beginning to end, our experience was fantastic. Communication was exceptional, and the apartment even more so! Nothing was overlooked in regards to our stay-from the smells, the decor, to the hospitality offerings - it was uniquely Kentucky. The location is perfect for access to all things and it felt very secure. We definitely recommend staying here!!

Fantastic place that’s convenient and upscale

LOVE this facility/complex. All restoration hardware, super convenient and comfortable. This is my 2nd time here and it’s my go-to for Lexington. Nice fire pits outside behind the building, safe parking, well appointed and great communication

We are a regular travelers and would rate The SeattleSlew as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also only a couple blocks to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Great place to catch a game!

this property is clean, current and very cool. We have stayed here a couple of times. Really enjoy the downtown proximity for restaurants and nightlife in downtown Lexington. The walk to Rupp for the basketball game was simple. No parking issues. Unfortunately left a couple of items in the room. The property manager won't return voicemails or texts....
