Great location

Great location. Had a bunch of snow on the ground and porch. Couldn’t find a shovel. Parking was limited and tight.

Comfortable pet-friendly house near downtown

This place was the best reasonably-priced pet-friendly option we could find near downtown Lexington for our weekend stay. It was nice being able to walk to the UK campus and nearby restaurants. I'm not a huge fan of memory foam mattresses but we liked the beautiful antique furniture, wood floors, artwork, well-appointed kitchen and covered back patio.

Nice home

Nice and clean home. Communication with owner was fine. Outside backyard could use a little TLC. Only issue was the outside unit being frozen, but thankfully it cooled off so we didnt need it. Owner was working on getting it fixed. Overall good rental for a quick trip and close to UK hospital where my father is. Major plus is they welcome pets which we had to travel with!

Owner was quick to respond to inquiries. Check in process was easy. Home is an older home, inside was clean and well stocked for a weeklong stay. Very close to downtown. Home was quiet and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental property!

Cozy and very quiet…

The pictures posted are exactly what you get in the booking. Very clean! Neighbors were kind, as I would expect nothing less in Kentucky! It was a great place to host a delayed Christmas dinner with my family. After traveling 7 hours, it was cozy, clean, an overall wonderful experience! We will stay here again when visiting family! Host was great!

Nice place

We stayed here for UK parents weekend & it was nice. We grilled out & it would have been nice to have a clean backyard but there are lots of trees so that may be impossible. Kitchen was stocked very well. Master bedroom was nice but hot. They really need a ceiling fan. Lots of burned out lights but overall a good experience.
