Backing up to green space, this 3-bedroom, 2-full bath home features an open floor plan, 9' ceilings, formal dining room w/ lots of natural light, spacious vaulted great room, luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless and granite kitchen open to the family room, generous sized bedrooms. Front porch with bench and patio area seating, and grill. No smoking inside allowed. Landlord/Tenant must abide by Cave Hill Place Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions.
