Don’t let the outside fool you as the inside is first class! Beautifully finished, an outstanding kitchen and a great shower facility. Full size fridge and laundry. Treat yourself to a tour and tasting nearby at the Distillery District at James E Pepper and have the very best ice cream at Crank and Boom!This VRBO is a great little find!

Kitchen had everything we needed, and the coffee pods were very appreciated. Location was very close to 2 of the places we came to visit, the Opera House and also the Henry Clay estate. House is on a fairly quiet street, lots of cars parked on the street but not a lot of traffic. Had a fantastic stay and would book this property again.

Wonderful stay at this cozy inside areas of the VRBO. Outside a little run down. Quiet & comfortable with a great Location near UK & Chevy Chase area of Lexington. Great kitchen! Big comfy king bed. Little bit of an odd layout but that is stated in the description & the pictures are accurate. Host was very responsive! Would stay again!

Absolutely great place

This is a very updated and clean place. It is perfect for staying for a game, concert, visiting college kids, anything really. Well located, very clean, bed is very comfortable. We were very impressed. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Perfect for us! Centrally located. We were able to walk to several restaurants and it was very nice to be close to a park. The apartment was fresh, clean and looked newly updated.

Perfect for Couples

We had an awesome stay in Lexington! The house was very clean. Communication was clear and responses to any questions that we had were very timely. The house was very close to the UK campus and about a mile to downtown. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay in a Great Town

It’s a compact place that has everything you need for a stay: big comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Plenty of hot water and easy HVAC control. Very clean. Good location near University and downtown, but quiet. Owner recommended Dudley’s Restaurant- great meal for a splurge. Would book it again!

Quick visit

Easy to find. Easy to access. Very clean and beautiful property inside. It is an older home, but once you go through the door, one would never know. Felt safe in location as it were just me (a mom) and her 16 year old daughter. Would use this location again when in Lexington for a football game for sure!

Close to the UK campus

We were in town for a sporting event on campus and discovered the apartment was very conveniently located...not only to the University of Kentucky campus but to other popular sites in town. The apartment included a very modern kitchen and a very nice Kroger grocery within easy walking distance with which to stock that kitchen. We missed a more defined living room area, but the comfy king size bed, large shower, and off street parking made up for it. We would definitely stay here again.

Birthday trip cross country

The place was perfect, better than the pictures. Excellent location in walking distance to multiple places even though the temperatures were below freezing. Loved the flavored coffee pod selection. Would’ve liked some creamer. Occasionally heard noise from the next-door neighbors that shared wall, but that was only when I was in the bathroom. Comfortable bed wonderful pillows loved it!

Great host and property

We were visiting family in Lexington and this was a perfect central location in the chevy chase area. We were impressed, it is amazing. Alexander replaced the k-cup since previous guest broke the handle. It arrived on the doorstep moments before we did. He was very actively involved in our stay. We enjoyed walking around the UK campus and seeing all that had changed in downtown since we moved. This property is an A+ for anyone who wants a homey feel to their vacation.

This location was conveniently located to local restaurants and the UK campus. The exterior is nothing to look at, but the inside was just like the pictures: upgraded and clean. The kitchen is well appointed. The only complaint would be the water pressure is not great in the shower. The closet is pretty big, and bed was comfortable. We didn't have to communicate with the owner at all since the check in process was well explained, and we had no issues. It was nice to have a VRBO that we didn't have to take the trash out before leaving. Thank you for hosting us, and we'd definitely stay there again.

Perfect

Absolutely perfect for a 3 night getaway. Everything you needed was right there. Spotless, modern and parking for a large vehicle (we had a Dodge Ram) The bed was so large and comfy. The neighbourhood was quiet, close to bars and places to eat and great for walking into the town. I would highly recommend this place. If there was a downside there were no sharp knives to go with the well stocked kitchen. Remember to bring your own if you want to home cook!

Front Porch Sittin'

Really enjoyed the location of this property. Quiet neighborhood. Some foot traffic. Robins were nesting in shrub off of front porch. Rabbits and squirrels abound. There is a park around the corner at the end of the road. 15 minute walk to Carson's Restaurant. Visitors center was very informative. Keeneland Track was cool and the Track Side Kitchen there was delicious and very affordable.

Keeneland and Cats weekend

Everything was accurate as listed and clean. Take your own shampoo and body wash for shower(travel bottles not provided). Also we were glad we had a sound machine. The bedroom is at front of property so street noise audible at night. Not bad but we were super glad we had our sound machine with us. Lexington is great!! Love Chevy Chase and Ashland Park all right there.
