The Space:
Welcome to this beautiful Airbnb home with an open-concept first floor layout, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and cozy living room, all seamlessly integrated for a warm and inviting atmosphere.

On the first floor, you'll also find a luxurious master bedroom with an attached bathroom, offering ultimate privacy and comfort. Additionally, there is a half bath conveniently located on the first floor for your convenience.

Step outside onto the covered porch in the back and enjoy the serene ambiance and beautiful views of the surrounding area. This is the perfect spot to relax and unwind with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine after a long day of exploring.

Bourbon tours

Great location for visiting distilleries in the Lexington area. We loved the proximity to some local Lexington bars and restaurants. The house was as advertised, one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. Thanks Seth!

Guys golf trip

We used the property as a home base for a 9 person golf trip. It was centrally located between the three courses we wanted to play. The stay could not have gone better. Zero issues and Seth was so good at communicating everything. Plenty of room for all of us and a great gathering space. 10/10 would recommend.

Bourbon Trail & Lexington - KY Tour

WE had a lovely family gathering in the heart of Lexington. We loved walking to the nbrhood coffee shoppe. We loved walking in the adjacent neighborhood checking out the holiday decorations. The home provided fun entertainment in the evenings with the game room and hot tub. The accommodations met all our needs. We would recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We had 4 different couples, plus 2 kids. Each family unit had their own full bathroom, which was incredible. The shared areas were plenty big for our group to gather and socialize. The finished garage area was a huge perk that we really enjoyed to play games and watch sports. Hot tub was clean. Grilling was great. The kitchen was fully stocked. We do this trip every year, and we all thought this was the best property we have stayed at! Also, the location was excellent. Plenty of stuff within walking distance or a short drive, plus parking on the property was plentiful.

Great location for Keenland and Kroger field and Very accessible to downtown. House was clean but probably could use a tankless water heater. Some of us had cold showers (party of 8). Great value compared to other locations we looked at.

Book club from Asheville

Wonderful house! Horse museum, barns, trolly, bourbon tasting, walking African American tour and all the restaurants we dined at were first class. Next door neighbors gave us recommendations for restaurants and locations. We all loved Lexington and want to come back!

40th Birthday Bunch

We had a wonderful stay on Keith‘s property. It had been decorated beautifully. The space was a immaculate. All amenities were as described. Will definitely be back to stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The house was great, even better than pictures. Game room was fantastic and everything worked properly, was a very fun place to hang out and get a little friendly competition going between friends. The hot tub was in the best condition I’ve ever seen from a bnb rental. Water was clear all the jets worked the lid was easy to operate not broken and waterlogged. In my experience the hot tubs at rentals are always in some sort of disarray so this was a very pleasent change from the norm. House was very well kept and clean. Overall an excellent stay in a great location. 10/10 would stay again

Loved this house and location

I stayed here with a group of 12 senior friends. We absolutely loved it! The house is very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Beds were cozy, plenty of bathrooms, never ran out of hot water. The seating areas were nicely arranged and we made good use of the large table and kitchen counter. This house is close to so many restaurants, shopping, Keeneland, and more. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving/Christmas Celebration

Had a great time. The house is very nice and clean. Enjoyed the hot tub! Made huge holiday dinners and being newer not as well equipped with kitchen supplies as we are used to. Kroger nearby was a lifesaver! Would highly recommend.

What a GREAT Stay!!!

We were hosting friends from the UK and we wanted to bring them to the Bourbon Trail. We were looking for a location for 6 adults, and this property was PERFECT!! The home was clean and tidy, easy to access and met all of our needs. We did enjoy the many places to sit and relax, and the game room was fun!!!! One thing I would draw attention to is the incredible responsiveness of Seth, the property owner. He was incredible to work with and he ALWAYS got back to me so quickly with answers to my questions. This is so helpful when we are traveling and he always worked to accommodate us....That provided a sense of service that isn't always found...so, THANK YOU Seth!!!!!When we come back to Lexington, we would definitely stay at one of these properties. You won't be disappointed! Thank you for everything!!!!

Perfect for Girls Trip!

Enjoyed a four day stay with nine college friends from the ‘70s! This comfortable house was well appointed and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home (although the kitchen could use more wine glasses). The open main floor provided ample opportunities for playing games, watching movies, lively conversation and dining. The patio fire table was cozy on cool Fall evenings and the game room was fun! The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and well stocked. We walked to the awesome Kenwick Table for coffee and breakfast. The house is within easy access to downtown, grocery stores, Keeneland Racecourse, walking trails at the Arboretum, distilleries, and many more activities/attractions. We had a few minor questions and needs during our stay and Seth was extremely responsive and helpful! Our group would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering it.

This house was fantastic. We had everything we needed and were close (20 mins) to everything we wanted to do. Seth responded to all questions within minutes and had open dialog during the entire stay. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to check out the Lexington area.

Sisters Gathering

Five sisters and husbands stayed for together time. House suited us great, room to gather all 10 but space for quiet time if needed.Beds were very comfortable and shower top of the line.Host was very prompt with emails and sending someone to take care of small issue.Negative was the golf simulator. We were unable to use it. Billiard and ping pong were great fun. Air conditioning was wonderful! Would stay again if we ever come back to Lexington. Nice city with many restaurant/pub options.
