⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Entire House- 10 min from KY Horse Park, 15 min from UK

  • Spacious 4 bedroom (2 KING and 2 Queen bed) 2 1/2 bath with fully fenced in backyard. 2 car garage has enough room for 1 vehicle as I use the other half of the garage for storage (lawn mower etc.).
    Grill out in the backyard or gather around the fire pit. Master bathroom has a jacuzzi.
    The house is conveniently located next to LEX airport, downtown, Keeneland, Kentucky Horse Park, University of Kentucky and Masterson Station Park.

    3 cameras on the outside of the house for added security. 1. On the doorbell 2. On top of the garage facing the driveway 3. In the backyard facing the back door (#3 is only on when property is unbooked)
