Celebrate the best of Kentucky while staying at Kentucky's Best on Berry. Our home has recently been renovated and features 4 private bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. Guests will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, Serta Sleeper Corporate Suite Plush mattresses, ROKU Tv's, Coffee Bar, Game Room, & so much more! You don’t want to miss out on this beautiful home away from home. From horse racing & bourbon to Kentucky athletics & traditions both old & new, this is the place for you!

Guests have full access to the entire home.

Location, Location, LOCATION!!! You'll experience the best of Kentucky when staying at Kentucky's Best on Berry. Located in the desirable 40502 Chevy Chase area, guests will enjoy a quite neighborhood that is within walking distance to the stadium, UK Campus, Local shops, bars, & restaurants.

First Floor:
As guests enter through the front door you'll be greeted by an open concept that allows guests to visit and relax. The entry features a cozy living room, dining area, and newly renovated kitchen. Off the kitchen is a large deck with seating for 12. As guests venture down the hall they will find 2 private bedrooms with Queen Size Beds, Full Bathroom in the Hall, and a 1st Floor en-suite featuring a King Size Bed & walk in shower.

Basement:
Our Basement Features a Game Room, Laundry facilities, sleeping nook with a Queen Size Bed and a secondary en-suite with King Bed.

The game room is loaded! It features a ping pong table, two stand-up arcade machines, game room tv and game rockers, board games, outdoor games, card table and four chairs

Things to Note:
Need some quiet time for working? The master bedroom features a desk where you can square away all your work details. Kentucky's Best on Berry is nestled at the end of street where you'll find campus just on the tree line and only one neighbor. During home football games, you'll enjoy the awesome sounds of the UK Marching band practicing all your favorite game day songs. Throughout the home you'll experience local art by Kayla Weber, Kentucky Bourbon Trail prints by John Morris, and others. Guests will have plenty of parking off the street with an extra long driveway with additional parking behind the house.

Comfortable and good location. High cost, but understandable with demand on a busy weekend. Someone stopped to say they had a parking permit for our house during the football game, but I was not notified of this, ultimately not a problem.

Home away from home

Just an overnight stay as we were making our way to Gatlinburg. The house was very cozy and a great location. There were 8 of us and we all felt that there was plenty of space. So close to everything. Great place to stay if visiting your kids at college. We would definitely come back.

Football weekend

Came for the weekend with a big group to play some golf, and go to the football game. The location is perfect! Had everything by we needed. Highly recommend to anyone!

The Last Dance

This was our last time at UK for a football game before our daughter graduates in December. We had 10 people total stay at the rental. Everyone reported that the beds were extremely comfortable and had a great night of sleep. The decor was pleasing and everything was very clean and ready upon our arrival. The kitchen was very well appointed with all the cups silverware plates and accessories you could need. I would highly recommend this rental for your weekend in Lexington.

Great location close to everything

Check in process was very easy and property manager was great in all communications. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. All Beds were very comfortable. If you are a warm sleeper you may want to select to sleep in the lower level bedroom. That area feels about 10 degrees cooler than the main level (not that the main level was hot. It was very comfortable but we just noticed it was much cooler downstairs and wanted to note that for others to make judgements on which room they chose). . The en suite in the lower level is also the largest. Shower grout and the yard could use some tidying but that didn’t take away from our wonderful experience.

House was large and had a great kitchen and outdoor area. We weren't at the house long enough to enjoy the neighborhood or outdoor spaces. Beds were cozy and all bedrooms had a television. We had a great stay here, as we attended our son's wedding.

The stay was very nice on Berry Lane, Very clean house, very nice redone home, small driveway but plenty of parking in the back of the house. In the downstairs hallway bedroom would have love to have blinds on the door and window but since it was an extra bed understandable why it didn’t but would have been nice.would definitely stay again.
