"We stayed at this property solely because we had a 6am flight out of MXP. The family rooms have a bunk bed for the kids. It is very clean and convenience. Since we wouldn't be able to take advantage of the free breakfast, the staff prepared a "takeaway" breakfast the night before so that we had lots of food options. The shuttle starts at 4am and is free and timely. "

The hotel was quite warm for me but even in early November the weather was pleasant enough that I could open the window. Housekeeping, bar and breakfast staff were all very friendly."

The hotel staff is always available from unpacking your car and delivery your luggage on arrival to picking your luggage and packing your car back during departure. The service is incredible. The restaurant and bar are good with the variety of choices. "
