"The reception staff are exceptional. The staff in charge of breakfast were wonderful. I am Gluten Free and notified the hotel of this in advance to see if they had options for me. "The hotel is Grand in every sense. With beautiful gardens, fountain, indoor and outdoor pools, lovely buffet breakfast room overlooking the gardens, it was quite a lovely hotel. Only issue is the dinners on the half plan, which I would not recommend as they include heavy food with limited choices. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area for dinner.
