"So nice to have a hotel as part of the hospital. We travel several states away for my son’s medical care at Ochsner. The room was very clean and comfortable, pool and spa are well maintained. Lots of amenities. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. "
"Stayed at the Bourbon Orleans hotel 4 nights and had no regrets. Our room was roomy, comfortable and uncluttered. Never had to wait long for the elevators. The courtyard pool area was nice and well-cared for. We ate a delicious breakfast at the properties' restaurant. The concierge was more than willing to provide some recommendations. Location on Bourbon St was convenient for walking to destinations in the quarter and beyond and enjoyed seeing iconic St Louis Cathedral from the front door of the hotel. In the room I liked the wood floor with rug under the bed and loveseat at the foot of the bed in front of the TV. Our shower hot water did take a while to arrive but no problems after the wait. "
"Plenty of shops nearby. Guy at front desk was rude on the 1st night. Telephone in my room did not work and was never repaired during my stay. The mini fridge did not work either. House keeping never attended to my room for the 3 nights I was there. Do not waste your money adding breakfast to your booking, it’s a total waste."
"Rooms are old and dirty. The first room they put us in had lights that didn’t work and the toilet was running. Old elevator that barely held 4 people - looked like a service elevator. No phones in the room, thin cheap ragged towels. Pool & hot tub decimated for construction. Overall, it’s a creepy place. "
