"This hotel is fine for an overnight stop and in a very accessible location for visiting Troyes. The reception isn’t constantly manned and there is a delay when checking in or needing assistance but staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is very basic and having a third bed in a overhead bunk meant we were banging our head when getting out of bed! There is no air conditioning but I like to have an openable window. However the noise from outside is dreadful and would put me off staying there...

"We stayed for 1 night travelling back north. Great location, there was no noise despite its proximity to the airport. It's very dog friendly , welcoming hotel and the staff were super friendly. Bed was a tad hard for me hence the 4 stars but we would definitely stay again"

"ACE is an European chain of hotel with fair standards atva very reasonable price. The major trouble is to FIND the hotel as GPS will ask you to cross a cow field . The entrance come from a shopping centre. Staff was fine, room fair goid, much space, no fridge, view of the fields. Located a bit outside, so to go to centre town, you need a transport."
