"Stayed in room 107, it smelled bad. It smelled of septic tank. Couldn’t get a dinner reservation, that’s on us for not booking ahead, turns out that they had a few events and weren’t staffed appropriately as they did have about 6 tables empty. Because of that we were told that we couldn’t get room service either. Not really what I would expect from a 4* hotel. Internet is rather slow unless you are standing next to the door, the usb chargers only work off you have the lights on (can’t charge...

"The hotel is clean and in a good location close to the autoroute. However, check in is a nightmare. We stay regularly at B&B in Coquelles; they have staff to check you in, but in Troyes it's self service an not very clever. Thet don't serve wine - unless red is your choice, but even then you can't have a glass - only a bottle. Not even pleasant about it.. Second time here, but it will be the last."

"Great service from all staff. Lovely comfortable beds, slept so well. Great size family rooms and with a seperate WC. Nice and quiet rooms too even though close to a busy road, could not hear traffic noise."
