"Really lovely stay. Hotel itself is really nice & really convenient. The ski-in, ski-out access is a real winner- you’re literally on the slopes in minutes. We rented all our ski equipment from the shop onsite which was so convenient and our ski passes were waiting for us at reception upon arrival. Breakfast was good, plenty of options to choose from in the buffet. Room was very comfortable with everything you need, although note to all hotels- you always need more hooks for towels in the bathroom!! All the staff were lovely and really helpful. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be back!"

"Beautiful chalet in excellent location for Villaroger ski lift. Host gave us all the information we needed and we also had a contact in the village who was very helpful. "

"The room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed to relax after a day skiing. The sofa bed was comfortable and easy to get out and put away. The bathroom was basic, but provided a lovely warm shower and the hotel spa facilities were good, although the outdoor pool could have been a bit warmer. The village has some great restaurants and bars, if a little light on entertainment spaces, but a short lift ride up to 2000 provided more of this if needed. It was also great to visit some of the on-piste bars and restaurants for some mid ski refreshment. "

The little touches made all the difference, from the lovely nightly turndown service to the thoughtful chocolates left on the pillow. We were also impressed by how well they catered to gluten-free options, making dining both stress-free and delicious. A special shout-out must go to the ski room staff, who were fantastic and made the daily transition to the slopes effortless.
