"A simpler coffee maker would have been preferred , simple cafetiere. , and the kiettle was cheap and slow However would book again everything else perfect .The check in person failed to give us the code for the garage parking door , which was tough after a v. long journey .long journey "

"Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well. We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day. Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed. Bins, linen and towels changed on multiple occasions. On arrival, the bed and carpet could have been a bit cleaner which let it down slightly. Floors a bit thin but despite being right next to the main door it wasn’t too loud and slept well. Shop nearby good pricing given location. Underground parking very convenient though tight if you have a big car. "

"The hotel is the perfect place to come to for skiing (short walk to Eucherts ski lift). The highlight was the spa, which we used every day, has all you need (steam room, sauna, cold plunge and jacuzzi). Our room was spacious with lovely mountain views. Ski lockers were the best we have used, with specific places to put helmets, gloves, boots and skis."
