House with two other gites. Gîte located on the first floor. Independent entrance. Living room-kitchen with balcony, bathroom with WC, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm). 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm, 2 single beds 90x190 cm, 2 single beds 90x190 cm), WC, 2 shower rooms. Shared ski room in the basement. Private parking (1 place) closed in the basement. S FONTAINE 3 is the last gite of the Grogniet family. On the first floor of the house, the living room is warm and the loze wall gives it charm. The large bay window and the south-facing balcony offer a 360° view of Valmorel and its peaks. For serious ski enthusiasts, the Lanchettes chairlift is 100 meters away! For others, it is the starting point for many walks and hikes, especially in summer. Finally for the most gourmet or to enjoy the center of the resort, the cottage is located 800 meters from the first shops and restaurants! At the entrance to the Valmorel resort, the S'FONTAINE 3 gîte is located just 100 meters from the Lanchettes chairlift. Linked to Saint François Longchamp, with Valmorel, the two stations form the "Grand Domaine". 1st area of the Tarentaise valley, in winter it offers a varied playground, for all, overlooked by the Black Horse and its 2832 meters of altitude. In summer, the territory is rich in cultural, gastronomic and sporting discoveries. Visit the perched villages and baroque churches, tasting at the farm and local specialties, mountain biking and hiking, the range of activities is exceptional!

Hôte très accueillant.Logement très bien situé, au pied du télésiège lanchette et de l'arrête de bus menant au club pioupiou (à 10 minutes à pieds sinon, ce qui est pas mal non plus)Logement suffisamment spacieux (nous étions 5 adultes et 1 enfant) avec les équipements nécessaires en suffisance.Très agréable séjour, nous avons en plus réussi avec le temps une semaine ensoleillée.La station est une très belle découverte aussi, tant pour le ski que pour les randonnées, chacun y trouve de quoi s'occuper. Petit plus la piste de luge pour occuper les enfants est vraiment super.
Grand appartement vu qu’on était nombreux (7 adultes et 1 bébé), plein de place pour tous, magnifique vue de la fenêtre et du balcon Parking en sous sol un plus
