"overall its a great resort, but nothing like the Robinson clubs we have experienced in in other counries. Staff often tried, but were a bit unprofessional/not well trained and not very kind especially at the buffett. Simple things like a bottle of water at the kids table seemed too much. "Wir waren zu viert für zwei Tage hier vor Ort. Es ist eine kleine und schnuckelige Unterkunft die grundsätzlich alles bietet, was man so braucht. Was auf den Bilder nicht zu erkennen ist, es gibt noch zwei weitere Hütten links und rechts daneben. Wenn diese dann auch besucht sind, ist es doch nicht so ruhig und „einsam“, wie man es sich vielleicht wünschen würde.Am Ende ist es immer eine Frage von: wie will ich Urlaub machen. Dazu sollte man auch wissen, das es im Umkreis kein Handynetz oder Internet gibt und auch sonst kaum Infrastruktur. Also Bäcker oder Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto mindestens 15-20 min entfernt.Hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört, dafür ist die Ruhe und die Natur umso schöner.Für einen kurzen Familientrip hervorragend geeignet."

"Freundlicher Empfang, freundlicher Service im Restaurant. Faire Preise im Restaurant und schmackhaftes Essen! Schönes Schwimmbad mit noch angenehmer Wassertemperatur. Vermisst wurde: Duschgel im Schwimmbadbereich und ebenfalls im Wohnbereich. Selbst Handseife war im Wohnbereich sehr spärlich vorhanden. Täglicher Handtuchservice wäre wünschenswert. Bad/Toilette architektonisch leider eine kleine Katastrophe. "

"An absolutely delightful boutique hotel overlooking the shores of Lake Muritz, and in the Old-Town area of Waren close to all amenities, restaurants, shops etc. Originally built as a young-ladies 'Finishing School' in the late 1800's, the hotel is full of period-atmosphere and history, and the decor and furniture reflects this. Our room was a really good size, and also had a period sofa, desk and coffee table, as well as a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast was a real treat of home-made and local produce, along-with cereals, muesli, breads etc. The owners speak very little English, but with my school-boy German (or Google-Translate would also work), they couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful with advice. The small additional charge for car-parking is very good value for Waren, where on-street charges can be quite expensive. If you are looking to stay in Waren and would like personal service, friendliness and a beautiful hotel with charm and history, then this is your place! (Note the opening hours of the reception desk - the hotel is unable to take late arrivals, which you should plan around.) "
