Der ganze Urlaub war eine Katastrophe.Zimmer und Bad waren schrecklich,wie in einer Reha Klinik und auf eine Solche schaute man auch.Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr unfreundlich gewesen und arbeitete wie es wollte.Hat man den sehr schönen Spa und Wellnessbereich besucht ,war man gleich wieder 20€ pro Person los.Halbpension hätte 40€ pro Person gekostet.Positiv erwähnen möchte ich das Frühstück.Ich werde nie wieder über Expedia buchen.

Sauna kostet 20€ extra, was bei Buchung nicht erkennbar ist. Frühstück sehr überschaubar. Zimmer groß aber nicht besonders schön. Im großen und ganzen ok, werde aber nächstes Mal was anderes suchen

Zimmer zur Südseite ,z. B. 518 heizen sich bei Sonnenschein auf 25-27 Celsius auf. Die Beschattungsanlage ist defekt und Klimaanlage sowie Kühlschrank sind nicht vorhanden. Grosse Zimmer mit behindertgerechten Bad. Erinnert an ein Krankenhaus. Maximal 3 Sterne zum Preis von 4 Sternen. Für die Nutzung des Wellnessbereiches werden 20 Euro pro Tag berechnet.

Ett SPA i mästarklass. De aufkuss som erbjöds flera gånger per dag var fantastiska. Härligt att kunna gå ner till sjön och bada. Enkelt och trevligt!! Önskar dock att något görs åt rökningen precis utanför dörrarna. Både på framsidan och på baksidan var det rökigt och stank illa. Röken försämrades även luften inne då dörren mot rökimrådetvstod öppen. Att behöva gå igenom den röken drar ner betyget.

Bei der Anreise gab es keine schwierigkeiten wir bekammen gleich unsere Zimmer, Zimmer ist Top und Sauber bisschen dünne Wände zur Nachbarzimmer, Frühstück ist top da gibt es nicht zu jammern alles in allen die drei Tage haben sich gelohnt.

Frühstück und Personal 5 Sterne, Zimmer leider nur 2, da es sich um ein (Kur-)Klinikzimmer handelte. Entsprechend war der Charme des Zimmers. Im Wellnessbereich waren wir nicht, bei der Ankunft wurde uns allerdings mitgeteilt, dass der Zugang nicht im Preis enthalten sei und 20€ p.P. extra kostet. Bei 2 Personen steigt der Übernachtungspreis dann um schlappe 40%. Das Problem sei bekannt und beträfe nur Buchungen über Expedia. Da sei man bereits im Gespräch. Ein kostenloser Zutritt zum Wellnessbereich wurde uns aber beim Check In nicht angeboten.

Tolles Hotel. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksangebot richtig umfangreich und wechselt täglich. Zimmer waren sauber und haben einen guten Standard. Sauna & SPA-Bereich sind top. Fitnessstudio ist für ein Hotel auch gut.

Ein wunderbar gelegenes Hotel direkt am See – ideal zum Entspannen und Durchatmen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders empfehlen können wir ein Zimmer im Altbau – stilvoll, ruhig und mit schönem Ausblick. Etwas weniger charmant sind die Zimmer im Neubau, da sie direkt über dem Altenheim liegen und auch in ihrer Einrichtung eher an diese Nutzung erinnern. Wir gehen aber davon aus, dass hier bald renoviert wird. Insgesamt trotzdem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder, vor allem wegen der tollen Lage und dem Service!
