I will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was neat. Krakow is a cute little fishing village. The only negative was that there wasn't an elevator and we were on the last level. This is definitely a problem for someone who can't climb stairs like my 86 year old mom who just had hip replacement surgery. But once we made it up we just stayed in the room for the night. The breakfast was good the next morning. Again the staff was very pleasant.

A good hotel but the area itself wasn't what we were expecting. We thought there would be more dining options. We didn't know that on Mondays everything would be closed. Our dinner wasn't the best that night but at least we found one place that was open (Bombay Express).

Nice location

Hotel has a nice location spot on in the "city center" of this rather small village Krakow am See. Renovated, and with one of the few restaurants, where we only got the chance of having dessert since we came late. It advertizes with "good traditional East European food" which is a rare advertising.

Ingen mat på måndagar

Positivt: väldigt trevlig by och strandpromenad. Pittoreskt torg och hotell. Rent och snyggt i rum och badrum. Frukosten var bra. Negativt: fanns ingen hiss. Heltäckningsmattor i trapporna, lätt att trilla. Det stora negativa var att vi inte på något sätt informerats om att ALLA restauranger i byn var stängda på måndagar, inklusive hotellets egen. Vore lämpligt att hotels.com informerat om det. Vi fick köpa kall mat i affären och äta på rummet.

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, sehr dicht zum See. Erst in den Morgenstunden, ab circa 6:00 Uhr ist ein wenig von der Hauptstraße bei offenem Fenster zu hören. Bei geschlossenem Fenster absolut ruhig. Die Beschäftigten des Hauses sind sehr freundlich und geben sich Mühe, immer immer gut zu den Hotegästen. Das Restaurant ist sehr litauisch mit den Speisen, wer typische deutsche Speisen erwartet, der kommt dort nicht weiter. Aber sehr interessante Auswahl. Natürlich immer alles Geschmackssache. Die Einzelzimmer sind in der ersten Etage und für eine Nacht für den Preis okay, hätte ich ein bisschen was größeres erwartet, aber das ist nun mal so. Grundsätzlich ist alles sauber und aufgeräumt, auch das Frühstück ist wohl für jeden etwas dabei. Die Einrichtung ist allerdings wie von anderen auch schon beschrieben ein bissle abgewohnt, eine Renovierung dürfte in einigen Bereichen gut tun. Ich hätte gerne am See direkt, der in ein bis 2 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar ist, gegessen. Die dortigen Restaurants öffnen allerdings alle erst am Donnerstag oder Freitag bis Sonntag. Unbedingt vorher informieren. Abschließend gesagt kann ich das Hotel grundsätzlich empfehlen.

Der Nordische Hof ist ein hervorragend geführtes, ruhiges Haus. Das richtige für einen entspannten Aufenthalt im Luftkurort Krakow am See. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Morgens startet man mit einem Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt (es gibt auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet Rühr- oder Spiegelei).Abends im Hotelrestaurant haben wir die hier angebotenen Gerichte aus der osteuropäischen Küche sehr genossen. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Haus mit hervorragendem Personal.

As others have said, the hotel is a little dated. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating, though, and the location was great. Restaurant looked like it had very good food as well.

Vielen Dank an das ganze Team!!

Wir sind bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen worden. Unser Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbüffet war hervorragend (Rührei wurde frisch zubereitet) und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben jeden Abend im hoteleigenen Restaurant gegessen (Terrasse direkt auf dem Marktplatz) und konnten neben der traditionellen Küche auch die hier angebotenen litauischen Gerichte probieren (sehr empfehlenswert) Motorräder standen hinter dem Haus auf hoteleigenem Parkplatz. Alles in allem ein tolles und empfehlenswertes Hotel nur wenige Meter vom See entfernt mit herzlicher Atmosphäre und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern

Very reasonably priced in charming lakeside town

We were lucky to get a room in this season at all in this region but found an apparent last minute cancellation and snagged it. We were more more than pleased with our airy room with large windows facing the attractive street below. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom modern . Breakfast was ample and the hotel had an outdoor cafe as well.

Zentrales Hotel, bei Ankunft leider geschlossen.

Leider hat unser Aufenthalt nicht stattgefunden. Wir hatten eine Übernachtung fest gebucht und am Anreisetag mitgeteilt, dass wir voraussichtlich erst am Abend, aber voraussichtlich bis spätestens 22.00 Uhr da sein würden, je nach Staulage bei 5 1/2 Stunden Anreise... Die Dame am Telefon war sehr nett und sagte uns, wir sollten uns telefonisch melden, falls wir nach 22.00 Uhr ankommen sollten und die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt sei. Soweit so gut. Wir kamen gegen 20.40 Uhr am Hotel an. Es war alles dunkel, keine Beleuchtung, kein Zimmer beleuchtet, nichts... Am Eingang hing ein Zettel mit der bereits nachmittags angewählten Telefonnummer. Es meldete ein AB: der Vodafone Teilnehmer ist leider nicht erreichbar, wird aber per sms über Ihren Anruf informiert. Insgesamt haben wir über 1 Stunde von zwei Handys mind. 20 Mal angerufen und niemanden erreicht. Es war kalt, stürmisch und hat geregnet... Gegen 21.30 Uhr haben wir beschlossen, dass wir eine Alternative finden müssen, um nicht im Auto zu übernachten. Wir hatten am nächsten Tag um 7.30 Uhr einen Termin und wollten früh ins Bett. Zum Glück fanden wir über unsere Google Suche ein tolles Hotel in Güstrow, dass uns trotz später Uhrzeit noch den Check in durch den Inhaber persönlich ermöglichte, eine Küche, die uns noch eine Kleinigkeit bereitet hat und ein sehr komfortables Zimmer, das wir dann gegen 22.20 Uhr beziehen konnten.
