Great location! Away from the hustle bustle and close enough to great restaurants, sunset venues and beaches. Note there really isn’t a beach out front but plenty of swimmable beaches close by. We stayed in a pool access room - well worth the upgrade as the rooms towards the front of the hotel lack privacy and exposed to late night music. The chilled pool and terraced restaurant are highlights! Staff are incredibly sweet and friendly. Menu is hit and miss. Order the pork belly and sweet potato fries! Bfast every morning is delicious and good people watching. Seriously best coffee! Double shot lattes. Sleeping was comfortable with nightly turn down service and air conditioned rooms. We left doors open and fan on. Roosters and birds are a nice way to wake up around 5am. They also serve afternoon tea with selection of tea, coffee and light bites complimentary to pool villas.

Was quite shocked. Upon checking in, served a welcome drink, which was great but after that was just downhill. No towels were in the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone was disconnected. It took hours to get the towels. Power outage continued for so long and occurred frequently. The color of water was terrible… even for 1 night, wasn’t rest at all…

Great staff and clean hotel

We never wanted to leave! Our stay on Gili Air and at Slow was so magical and relaxing! The staff were lovely and very accommodating and the spa is gorgeous!! The villas have everything you need and a post bike ride swim in your own pool was heaven! We’ll definitely be back!

The staff made a lot of effort to make us feel at home. Service was exceptional. We had multiple meals at the restaurant. We communicated to the hotel one morning that we were delayed for breakfast and the team managed to take our orders in advance and serve us post-breakfast hours. Food was good with enough variety. The team will check if we are comfortable with our orders. The same goes with the reception and spa. Special call out to Dina, Wulan and a few whom we didn't get the name. Always huge smiles on their faces. Rooms were new, clean and quiet enough. They provided ear plugs for the muslim prayers. Very thoughtful. Will be good to have better lighting in the master bedroom in the 2 bedroom villa. It was very dim and not conducive for reading. A gym will be great too!
