The villa includes: A spacious, air-conditioned bedroom featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a personal safe. A private balcony with scenic views. A unique indoor-outdoor bathroom that blends modern comfort with nature. An open living area designed for relaxation. A kitchenette equipped with a stove, mini fridge, and essential cooking supplies. A Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee. A hot water kettle. A Marshall Bluetooth sound system. A private garden with a 2.5 × 7 meter swimming pool and sun loungers. Beach essentials and a drying rack. Private parking directly at the villa.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the villa during their stay.



This includes the entire house, the private garden and pool, the balcony and the private parking area. The property is easily accessible and located within the Mizu Homes estate.



The Neighborhood:

Mizu 7 is located on the hills of Jungutbatu on Nusa Lembongan, a quiet area known for the relaxed atmosphere.



Within a few minutes you can reach the beaches, cafés and restaurants of Jungutbatu village. The area offers a mix of local warungs, beach clubs and diving centres, while still maintaining the calm character of the island.



From the villa you can easily explore the island’s highlights including Dream Beach, Devil’s Tear and the mangrove forests.

Mizu Homes is located in a peaceful, elevated area of Nusa Lembongan with views toward the ocean and Mount Agung. It's close to beaches, cafés, and restaurants, but feels quiet and tucked away.



Getting Around:

Nusa Lembongan can be reached by fast boat from Sanur in Bali. Boats run multiple times a day and the journey takes approximately 30 minutes.



After arrival at Jungutbatu Harbour the villa is only a short drive away. We can assist with arranging boat transfers or local transport if needed.



Scooters are the most common way to explore the island, though private drivers are also available.

The best way to get around the island is by scooter or taxi. We can help you arrange rentals or rides as needed.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that construction is currently taking place on a neighbouring property. While we aim to maintain a peaceful environment, there may occasionally be some daytime noise during the day.
