"My family had an amazing weekend at this cozy cabin. It was warm upon entering and everything was just as described from the photos and description - you just need to bring yourselves, your clothes and food. There was plenty of space for 10 of us and two dogs. We especially loved the porch area and the river right in the backyard! Host was very friendly and easy to contact. Would stay here again...I'm sure it would be a fun in the summer as well as Pinecrest Lake is nearby! "

"The room refrigerator and bathtub was dirty, the small bathroom window screen was torn, the bathroom light above the only mirror in the room had 2 of the 3 bulbs were out. The sheets and towel were clean but stiff, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. "

"It was basically closed for the season. No one there to answer questions. Restaurant said it would open but did not. No coffee. No breakfast. No one. "

"This is a wonderful, spacious, well stocked house and I would absolutely stay here again. The host was incredibly responsive and super helpful. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook all meals there for 8 people. I especially appreciate that there are plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils. The huge deck was great for hanging out on and I love that it had a gate so the dogs could be out there with us and not escape. Thank you for allowing dogs and I even found dog water bowls. We enjoyed the hot tub, which was very clean and lovely. It was fantastic to be able to hike directly from the house and I did this several times. It's worth noting that the stairs to access the loft and upper bedroom are steep (see the photos). Also the drivway is steep and that could be relevant in winter. Having 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms was luxurious. The house has abundant, natural light. All in all, this an excellent place to stay. Thank you for sharing your house."

"Fantastic stay. 5 nice, clean rooms. Love that the host is so responsive. We asked about outdoor seating cushions and they very quickly responded and got them to us. Love the location and proximity to Twain Harte. We walked to town every day and it was beautiful. We will likely book this stay again. "
