"I had a mixed experience at Hampton Inn & Suites Yonkers. On the positive side, the room and bathroom were a good size, the gym was nice, and I appreciated that breakfast was included. However, there were several issues that made the stay frustrating. The bathroom sink was clogged, and there was a large black stain on the comforter. When I requested a replacement, I was mistakenly given a fitted sheet instead. The room was also missing a TV remote—I had to call three times and wait nearly an hour, only to eventually pick it up myself at the front desk, where it had been sitting the whole time. I also had trouble connecting my Firestick to the internet. After spending 30 minutes on the phone using the in-room “internet” button, I was told the hotel no longer used that provider and would need to contact the front desk for updated information, which wasn’t readily provided. Additionally, I reserved a room with two queen beds but was given a king room instead, with the explanation that it was the only room available. Overall, while the property has some good features, the lack of organization, communication, and attention to basic room readiness made the stay disappointing."

"Whole floor smelt of marijuana. Was able to get my room changed was the only good thing. No free breakfast. Ended up getting my credit card info stolen and went on a cruise so I didn't notice it until they used it for multiple purchases. If you only need it for one night and can deal with it then the price is ok. Otherwise horrible experience for me and my family "

"I loved stay over and I would definitely do it again when I am in the area. The breakfast was fresh and authentic. The staff were supportive and friendly. The room was enough for me and I was content. The location of the restaurant in house was a plus for me. Thank you for your hospitality."

"My experience did not match the listing. I was asked to make payment outside the platform and the check-in process was not clear. I was also instructed to make a payment outside of Hotels.com instead of using the platform. This caused confusion and concern. I would suggest the listing be reviewed. ⸻ ⭐ Strong Warning Review This stay was not as advertised. I was directed to make payment outside the booking platform (Zelle/email) and taken to a different address during check-in. The property appeared to be a shared residence with people living there and there was no proper check-in process. I do not recommend this listing and believe it should be investigated. "

"Rooms were clean and spacious (studio); staff was very courteous and helped me in a pinch! Parking was a bit crowded but suitable. Found a Starbucks right across at the college.(.1 mile). Perfect weekend stay!~ from DMV!"

"The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays."
