"No towels when we came in, I have to ask multiple times and came after 5hours and gave 2 only and we are 2 adults and 2 kids. And there’s falling out decayed wood/dust from the headboard of the bed.Water heater not working properly, it will be super hot and then super cold. Our next day, my kids are taking shower and suddenly water stopped. We called and said they run out of water amd have to refill. During breakfast we saw german cockroach under our table.
