"Lovely xmas entrance and great location near station and xmas markets.Reception looked lovely wit decorations and tree.Free water and sweets. Not great view from room and bathroom small and a bit tight to get in near bed. Nice teas ,biscuits and water in the room.Breakfast was very nice with good selection and different juices like Rhubarb and Blueberry .Recommended."

"Excellent location and staff all very friendly and helpful. Check-in process was so simple and quick. Underground car park is ideal and was £18 for 24 hours. Hotel bar (Soap Factory) was very nice and the restaurant looked good. Rooms are nice and would most definitely stay again. "
