Room clean and well maintained.Usual expected standard of most Rooomz hotels. Apartment well provided with microwave/ oven grill. Washer. Dryer, fridge with freezer compartment .kettle, cutlery pans plates etc. Shower cubicle small but bathroom ( no bath) good design and condition. Negative points, dryer would not dry clothes, it did try. No net voile in window.Open curtains gave good view of road junction from 1st floor room, like being in a BIG SCREEN

Great base for staying in Leeds.
