"Very friendly and helpful staff, the receptionist, and I think her name was Sarah, was particularly helpful and friendly, and welcomed me with a smile. The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and the service attentive and a good choice of different dishes. The room was fresh and modern and the bed very comfortable indeed. It was also very quiet in the room with no intrusive noises from traffic or anything. I didn't have the time to use the leisure facilities unfortunately so can't comment. Nice hotel and staff! "

"Really impressed with the hotel room we had, and the care and attention of staff. Room appears to have be recently remodelled. Little touches were really appreciated like welcome note, radio turned to classical station giving gentle background music ehen we entered the room. Nespresso machine was very welcome, and the comfort of the room was superb. Well done. I have stayed in many hotels, but this was the best i have stayed in in the UK. Keep it up. Ledbury is lovely town with friendly people surrounded by Malven hills. "

"This was an amazing value stay. Greeted by friendly staff and check in and out was quick and easy. The room and bathroom were spotless. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely and quiet. The Bumble Bee pub next door was perfect for an evening drink. Breakfast was busy and still all the food was plentiful and fresh. Cannot fault our stay."

"The hotel is in a very peaceful countryside location, but only 10 to 15 minutes from Gloucester, with good road links to the rest of the Cotswolds. Check in was easy and the staff were all very friendly, even though it was a very busy bank holiday weekend with two weddings and coach parties arriving. The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent, with plenty of choice and at reasonable prices. The bedrooms were very spacious, with really big comfortable beds and good en-suite facilities. We had a lovely stay and would definitely book again."
