The apartment "les pieds dans l'eau" N°7 (67m2) is located on the shores of the marine lake of San Ciprianu (inlet of sea water inland which goes around a small island and comes out to the sea). It is located on the ground floor of a large house and is duplex. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. <br>On the 1st level is the living area which opens onto a loggia which serves as a dining area. It is equipped with a barbecue for the pleasure of grilling and offers a nice view of the marine lake. On the same level there is an equipped kitchenette (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, 2-burner ceramic hob + 1 extra hob to plug in, mini combi oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle). <br>On the second level there are two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds. The latter has an automated VELUX roof window with blackout blind, ideal for sleeping in. A small bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete this floor.<br>The stairs leading to the bedrooms do not have a safety barrier for young children.<br><br>Your host Paule TERRAZZONI will be delighted to welcome you to her Residence CALA DI SOLE in San Ciprianu in the Municipality of LECCI. It consists of bed linen + 1 bath towel and 1 small towel / person.<br>In order to prepare your arrival as well as possible, please tell us as soon as you confirm your reservation, by email or sms, which types of bed you wish to occupy in order to provide you with the right dimensions of sheets.<br><br>A parking space is located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation (free of charge).<br>Free access to an Internet connection (FIBRE).<br><br>The following optional services are not included in the basic rate:<br>If you would like to benefit from additional services, you can leave us a short message to specify your needs.<br><br>Our optional services:<br>- You are travelling with your pet:<br>The Residence accepts only 1 pet per accommodation (dog or cat), small, clean and well behaved for an extra charge of €35/week or €5 per night.<br>For people travelling with their pet, they are advised to bring all the necessary equipment for their comfort, as the accommodation is not equipped specifically for them (bowls, litter boxes for cats, blankets/plaids to protect the sofa). <br>It is strictly forbidden to have the animal sleep in or on the beds and to leave it in the accommodation in the absence of its owners.<br>Service animals are not subject to any fees.<br><br>- Final cleaning (end of stay): <br>The accommodation must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness. <br>You can do it yourself (the accommodation is equipped with all the necessary equipment) or opt for the "end-of-stay cleaning" service:<br>Final cleaning fee: 85 €<br><br>- Renewal of the laundry during the stay (intermediate linen):<br>* Price per person: 25 €<br><br>- Rental of baby equipment:<br>* Travel cot: €3 per night<br>* Booster seat for meals: €3 per night<br><br>- Cleaning during your stay:<br> 30 €/hour<br><br>These services will be charged in addition to the main accommodation.
