4-bedroom villa with a heated pool and ocean views, 5 minutes from the beach

Our house, which we have named Casa Filicita (the house of happiness in Corsican language), offers a spacious and cosy interior of 120 m² in a setting that is both authentic and design, where a clever mix of yesterday and today are mixed.<br><br>The whole house is air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning) with each room independent. <br><br>On the ground floor with sea view, the house offers a living room with open kitchen, high table for 6 people, wood stove, television and hi-fi system. <br><br>In the hallway you will find:<br>• a storeroom;<br>• Toilets with washbasin.<br><br>A staircase will lead you to the mezzanine floor where you will find:<br>• Two double bedrooms (140 cm bed) both opening onto a terrace near the pool and with sea view;<br>• A third bedroom with a bunk bed, ideal for children (possibility of a third bed in addition);<br>• A shower room (large walk-in shower), a sink and the washing machine.<br><br>On the ground floor, you will access the master bedroom (160 cm bed) with its en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower and sink), its separate toilet, and its private terrace of 15m2 offering you a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio, the sea and the hills of Palombaggia.<br><br>All bedrooms have large closets with shelves and wardrobes. New furniture and bedding.<br><br>You will find in our house all modern comforts and appliances, namely washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, extractor, fridge and freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, ice maker, sodastream, raclette / pierrade machine, blender, kettle, steam generator, television, Bluetooth stereo and outdoor speakers. The house also offers Wi-Fi access in all rooms.<br><br>The garden benefits from several spaces: <br>• An ipe terrace with a 9x3.6m heated swimming pool (treated only with salt) and its outdoor shower. The pool is secured by an electrified roller shutter. You can enjoy this place in the shade of the reeds lying on comfortable cushions and deckchairs;<br>• A summer kitchen with barbecue, sink, worktop, fan and large table that can accommodate up to 12 people;<br>• An outdoor lounge from which you can enjoy the sea view (garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs);<br>• A bowling alley;<br>• A ping-pong table;<br>• A swing;<br>• A parking area for 2 cars with a 16 amp charging station.<br><br>To get from one place to another, you will take the natural stone stairs, skirting the rocks, strawberry trees and cork oaks around which the house was built.<br><br>For information, the pool is heated by a heat pump at no extra charge from April 1st to October 25th. Outside this period, we have noticed that the pool is difficult to use. If the temperatures during the day are above 16 degrees and it is not raining, it may be possible to heat the pool a few days before your arrival. You will then be asked to pay an additional €200 per week to benefit from this option.<br><br>. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is mandatory: €160. If the rental is for more than 8 days, an intermediate cleaning fee of €80 is required as an additional fee per week.<br><br>• Linen: you have the choice to come with your own or to have bed linen and towels provided (28€ per person to be paid before your arrival by bank transfer).<br>Note: it is possible to rent pool towels at a rate of €10/unit. <br><br>• A high chair, a travel cot and its mattress and a bathtub can be made available on request.<br><br>• Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our agent providing the concierge service. To avoid any unpleasant waiting, it will be preferable to call him the day before your arrival on site. The keys cannot be handed over before 5 pm due to the cleaning constraints of the villa.<br><br>• Upon departure (no later than 10 a.m.) the same method will be applied with the concierge service
