"The whole place was clean and well maintained and staffed. He staff were very professional and courteous. Some even went the extra mile. I had a problem which I'm sure wouldn't bother everyone but I was given a new room and not made feel bad about it. The staff were excellent. It's situated in the perfect area, close to everything."

"We have stayed in a number of different hotels across London over the last 15 years, whether for work, a weekend away as a couple or a full family trip. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at for what we need. The location is perfect for getting to pretty much every major sight, being so close to Blackfriars and Southwark makes it incredibly easy to get about, but we were actually able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Rooms were amazing quality and size - as a family of 6 we booked a double double (an interconnecting set of rooms, one with two double beds and one with a king bed). We had ample space, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was great and the staff were incredibly helpful. The only negative was that we waited 25mins on our first evening to get a drink, but the bar staff were busy catering for a wedding so we’ll give them the benefit of doubt. Overall a great stay and we will be returning."
