About this property

Cloverleaf-PET FRIENDLY with Hot Tub and private yard.

  • A newly remodeled home within 15 minutes to Ski Cooper and walking distance to Safeway! Brand new hot tub and fenced yard for your furry friends with a deck and gas grill. This home has all new carpets, furnishings, and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals after a day of rafting, snowmobiling, skiing, snowboarding, or hiking! Incredible mountain views from your upstairs bedroom windows. Lots of parking for your toys. A new 3/4 bath is being added and will be completed for all bookings after November 26th, 2024.

    The bedding includes a Queen bed in the master, and a Queen over Full bunkbed in the second bedroom.

    Please note this home is a Duplex. The 2nd unit is a long-term rental and has a completely separate entrance, yard, and their parking area is to the right of the driveway.

    IF YOU ARE BRINGING A DOG, there is a $100 plus tax fee. You MUST check the box at time of booking that you are bringing a pet, or notify us so that we can add the pet fee!

    This property is equipped with two security cameras. One on the front door and one on the back door and backyard. These cameras are not actively monitored and are only utilized in emergency circumstances or when the property is vacant.
