"Staff was friendly, had good coffee ready out in the lobby very early in the morning. My wife was impressed that they had soft water to shower in. Her hair turned out amazing for photos. We spent much time at their cozy lounge in the evening after all the hiking. Had breakfast across the street...it was excellent. The hot tubs were set at 104 degrees that evening which is commendable. And ofcourse their location in the heart of that beautiful canyon is remarkable. I am willing to pay more to stay in such a beautiful location...but we do spend considerable money at their bar and also their diner...so as long as the room prices aren't too outrageous...we will look forward to being back."

"We absolutely loved the location of this property. Who knew South Dakota was this amazing? I watched the turkeys come down fm roost in the morning. I stopped my car as the deer claimed the roads, I was in awe watching the mountain goats nearby, freely grazing. And the views?? UNBELIEVABLE. I get emotional exploring the beauty of our great Country. The memories of this area i will cherish. This jem was great for us and the hosts were amazing. Thanks for sharing your sweet place with us."

"We stayed here for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect as we came to the Black Hills to ride the Mickelson Trail and enjoy the fall colors which were spectacular.This house is in a great location to tour through the Black Hills. Its very clean, quiet, spacious for two. We loved it and would go back again."
