"The spa was closed for the entire duration of our stay. The microwave, fridge, and lights in the guest toilets and the second bedroom ensuite were not working. When I escalated these issues, staff assured me they would be fixed the next day, but nothing was done.
I ordered food through the kitchen service, but the order was sent to another room by their own error. After I cancelled it, food was still delivered to our room at 11 p.m. This reflects very poor communication within the hotel.

"It’s difficult to rate this hotel. They couldn’t find our booking information and we were unable to get in touch with expedia. This was fraud. I paid in full and they couldn’t find our reservation. we had to pay for one night because we didn’t know where to go. This is unacceptable."
