"The overall experience was memorable and worthwhile. I like the closeness to nature and the overall serenity. The staff were responsive and friendly. The concierge in particular was very helpful. The only challenge was the kitchen staff. We ordered room service for dinner. It was very delayed. Breakfast was a bit of a challenge. Refills of meals for the breakfast buffet was very slow. "

The breakfast was so poor, I mean 3 slice of bread, egg and a sachet of chocolate drink and milk. Another option is custard and Akara, I don’t think these breakfast options are suitable for someone with a longer duration of stay."
"The location that was put in the map is not where the hotel is, I had to travel for 3 hours from where they showed it was located to where it actually was because of the distances and traffic which was the reason why I was looking to book a hotel close to the airport. When i got to the property the desk customer person informed that he had no reservation for me. I showed him my reservation and he rudly replied that his boss never informed him of any reservation on my name.and walked out of me. . I asked for my refund he told me they do not charge upfront until a guess arrive. . I then left the property. And called a number for the property and...
