"Wonderful historic hotel with great amenities and restaurant on site"

"We were not happy about the cleanliness of the room as housekeeping left a dirty towel in the bathroom and when we went up to the front desk they told us they would take care of it right away. We went to a concert and came back to the same dirty towel being in our bathroom. Our room was never cleaned in between night stays and trash was overflowing in room( trash cans are tiny) Had to request clean towels from front desk as we had no maid service . Manager Felicia told us if we came back we would have a free room on them since we booked through Expedia. I would have rather had a positive stay experience. There is a restaurant on premise that we had booked ahead of time. Service was great there, and the woman at the coffee shop was lovely"

"Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Hotel very nice.. rooms, while not huge, are very well thought out. Continental breakfast was nice. But.. the most important thing is that the staff is super!! We especially enjoyed meeting Tanedig❤️. "

"The room was nice and the bathroom was well stocked. We loved having the little fridge and microwave for convenience. The location was walking distance to the outlets, and many other stores and restaurants. We walked to the American Music Theatre for our concert also. Breakfast was great too. Staff was courteous and very accommodating. I’m in a wheelchair and the hotel was very accessible. "

"We had a nice stay at the Holiday Inn in Lancaster. The location is great and is within walking distance of most everything, restaurants, shopping, and the Convention Center. The staff were excellent and provided wonderful service. The door to our room did have a gap from the floor and so we could hear everything in the hallway. "
