This is a very clean, comfortable and simple hotel, which results in a reasonable price. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Breakfast was basic, but that was all we wanted. We slept well. The location was close to everything we wanted to go to: Sight and Sound Theatres, restaurants, the outlet stores, etc. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

It was very happy with our stay. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had an adequate amount of choices to eat. We just wish that the tables in the lobby / breakfast area were available past 9:00 p.m. as we would have liked to play cards longer.

I loved that so many paper products were used, rather than plastic at the breakfast. Sadly there were no waffles on the menu. Only a short drive to the Sight & Sound Theatre. My room was pleasant and quiet; the staff were helpful in giving me directions and suggestions of things to include while I was in the area.

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was a cold bar breakfast, so not adequate if you're looking for a heartier start to the day. The main reason for the low rating however is that they use horrible polyester sheets that made sleeping very uncomfortable. Won't be back and will have to call ahead to any other Spark Hotels before booking.
