    Welcome to Villa Eden Balinais, a fully private 135 m² Provençal villa in the heart of Var, with no overlooking neighbors. Perfect for families and groups, it accommodates up to 9 guests in a peaceful, comfortable setting.



    The villa features 2 master suites with queen-size beds and private bathrooms, a double bedroom, and a family room with a sofa bed and a single bed. All rooms are air-conditioned to ensure your comfort year-round.



    Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, workspace, and provided bed linen and towels.



    Outside, everything is designed for relaxation and shared moments: private heated pool (April to October), private 5-person jacuzzi accessible all year, barbecue, garden furniture, pétanque court, foosball table, covered and open terraces, and on-site parking.
