"Two black marks against my name on our arrival as we arrived a whole 5 mins before time - and I perched on a stool in the hallway to say hello to the dog to be told I mustn’t sit on the stool as it’s an antique!! "Room was charming and spotless. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was recently remodeled. Tub a little difficult to maneuver as a senior but most in Europe are. We especially enjoyed the secret door to the castle walkways at night."

"The problem was trying to find the door code to get in. We did not know, we have to go to another place to check in to get the door code. Needs to be more clear. The only reason, we found the check in place, was one the cleaning staff, showed us where to go. If all 3 hotels are connected to one place for check in, please make it clearer on the email instructions. We were not the only ones, there was another couple with the same issue. Could not find the code to get in the hotel. We had an issue at the parking lot for Relais St Michel, he said we needed a code. We did not have one to park. In the end, the attendant let us in, but we had to pay on the way out. Again, I checked the email, but there was not code to get into the parking for the night. Breakfast was good. Hearty. And of course, St Michel. fantastic"

"I had a wonderful stay at La Ramade. I stayed in one of the upgraded rooms (clean, spacious room with wonderful amenities, had comfortable bed, a nice bathing room and separate bathroom). The staff were wonderful both at the hotel and at the on-site restaurant. The restaurant's chef cooked delicious meals, and the dinners are worth the price. I would definitely return to La Ramade."
