Villa “LE MAS LAÏS”

Welcome to Provence, nestled between the Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful beaches of the Var coast, on a tree-lined property spanning 4,000 m².
Ideal for enjoying a peaceful getaway in the countryside with family and friends. During your stay, we’ll be living in an outbuilding on the property, so we’ll provide caretaker services to ensure you can enjoy your holiday with complete peace of mind (maintenance of the pool, hot tub, and outdoor areas).
DESCRIPTION OF THE VILLA AND ITS OUTDOOR AREAS:

A 110m² single-story villa featuring a living/dining room with a TV, an open and fully equipped kitchen (all appliances and utensils at your disposal to cook like a chef), 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a sleeper sofa (in the living room).
A separate, attached 20 m² studio featuring a bathroom with a toilet, a kitchenette, and a bedroom.

Outdoors: a 7x5m above-ground wooden pool (secured by an alarm) with an outdoor shower, a hot tub (seats 6), and a lounge area (with a bed and lounge chairs).

The outdoor kitchen includes a bar, a sink, and a large gas grill.

LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN:

You’ll appreciate the decor of the various living spaces, both indoors and outdoors.
We take pleasure in creating an atmosphere that is both contemporary and authentic, with a touch of modernity!

The kitchen includes a large American-style refrigerator, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and plenty of dishes.
A washing machine, a dryer, and an ironing board are available for your use as needed.
Wi-Fi and Netflix access are also available.

SLEEPING AREAS:
- Bedroom 1: 160x200 bed, closet, and walk-in closet.
- Bedroom 2: 140x200 bed, closet, walk-in closet, and desk.
- Separate studio: 140x200 bed, chest of drawers.
- Extra bed in the living room: 160x200 sofa bed.

LOGISTICS:
Cleaning fee: 120€ (included in the reservation)
Bed linens and bath towels included for all sleeping areas.
No pets allowed; smoking permitted outdoors only.

A security deposit of 1,000€ by check is required upon arrival and will be returned 7 days after departure.

Regarding the pool, a liability waiver must be signed upon arrival.

The pool is unheated and open from April through October (temperatures range from 18°C to 32°C depending on the season).

35–45 minutes from Toulon and the nearest beaches (Fréjus, St. Raphaël, Sainte-Maxime, and St. Tropez) and 1 hour from the Gorges du Verdon and Lake Sainte-Croix.
Ideal for exploring the Var region and its many hiking trails and activities, its numerous wineries, and the famous Var circuit.

Provençal markets are held on Saturdays in Le Cannet-des-Maures, on Fridays in Le Luc-en-Provence, and on Wednesdays in Gonfaron.

You’ll find plenty of shops and restaurants nearby (E.Leclerc, Lidl, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants serving cuisines from around the world, McDonald’s, etc.)
