"My wife and I stayed overnight whilst travelling South. What a fantastic location exceeded only by the welcome. The food (evening meal and breakfast) was something really special. If looking for somewhere special in the Dourdogne look no further. Cannot recommend highly enough. "

"Celine's property and lodging is just great, very comfortable room and bed, strong wifi, separate shower and toilette rooms en suite, and a very nice continental breakfast featuring Celine's brioche, yogurt, and confitures. Security is strong and parking is right outside the house.
On top of all that, Celine is a very friendly host and is both accommodating and full of information about the area.
We found her by accident, and we look forward to staying with her again."

"Really wonderful accommodation. Walking distance to town. Not a hotel but a guest house in a refinished and vibrantly appointed (200 year-old?) historical home newly acquired and attentively managed by Sandra, Michael and son Valentin who were the most welcoming, engaging and thoughtful hosts imaginable. Large, beautiful rooms. Breakfasts were lovely, and we really enjoyed the option of one of Michael’s incredible dinners. Really happy to have found Maison Mulato. If you go, make sure to spend a...

Apartment at Haut Pourret in Saint Emilion (Gironde)
4/10 Poor
"Apartment felt and smelt damp.Owner didn’t let us know the hot water tank needed putting on for hot water. Kettle had no filter, full of lime scale. Cooker hood needed a very good clean. Felt I had to clean all plates and cutlery before use. "
Le Chalet Vigneron - Annex of Château Saint Christophe - 3 mins from Saint Emilion
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at Le Chalet Vigneron in Saint Emilion was the highlight of a month-long trip through France and Portugal. It was so peaceful on the deck in the mornings, sipping coffee surrounded by a beautiful vineyard. Our hosts, Aurelie and Frederic, were very kind, attentive and in no way intrusive. "
