Everything was 100% great except the housekeeping staff, they were a disaster and should not be between the team members of such a brand name like yours. I asked them on a daily basis to change the bed sheets but no response Also in every room they put 1 towel only and I asked them on daily basis to put 2 towels per room but also no response Also the didnt change the waste box Also, last day the great house jeeping didnt clean 2 out of the 3 rooms. Gents, Be careful about your reputation from the hoise keeping members. Regards,"

"The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful view. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety and generous portions. The pool area was also lovely and added to the overall experience. The only frustrating part was the reservation process beforehand. As a family traveling with two kids, the main downside for us was the location. Although there is a subway station nearby, the hotel is quite far from the city center, and the surrounding area didn’t feel very safe or offer much to do. Overall, it’s a great, clean hotel with nice amenities, but the location may not be ideal for families!!"
