"So we stayed in room 625. The air conditioning did not work. We complained. Someone checked and it still was not working. Nothing was done or offered. It was so hot in the room we slept with the window wide open meaning we could hear everything outside. You only got 2 bottles of water on arrival. Not replenished each day. Bar was supposed to close at 12. Was closed long before this. Plus side. Great location. Nice hotel.

This is a great option for Cannes as its nice and quiet to relax from the hustle in but a short walk to the station and main shopping streets. The Large bed , great linen and good A/C really helped. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery , frdge,dishwasher sink induction hob ,kettle. The hotel offered breakfast but we didnt make use of it as we used the kitchen...
