Overall, it’s a great hotel in a convenient location. However, parking was difficult as the property doesn’t have its own, and no VIP benefits or upgrades were offered. The small elevator was sometimes inconvenient, especially at checkout, but the hotel itself is comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was super friendly. The elevator was really small but we just made more than one trip with the luggage. My only complaint is about the pillows. Terrible, terrible pillows. Sleeping was really tough for us because of the pillows. Not acceptable for a 4star rated hotel.

Beach was close by, family friendly, enjoyed privilege room, inside pool was good and spa facilities. Try to book early for spa if you have a short stay. Front desk staff including concierge was very friendly and helpful especially at recommending tours, Italy trip to Ventimiglia and then Monaco, Menton by train. Ile de Lerin trip. Housekeeping staff were great and dining room staff. There was a sur charge for roof pool and it had to be booked. I think they could have a special for paying guest to use the pool during restricted times throughout their stay at at less charge because every day was a new charge. Restaurant was out of use but bar was in service. Overall, loved it, great family friendly holiday at good rate on one of the best shopping street in Cannes, Rue d'Antibes. Everything was central, uber was 25 minutes to Nice, also went to Nice by train from Cannes station. Fabulous trip.

Hotel is very well located, close to all the stores and to the beach. Room was clean, and spacious. Breakfast was great. Only advice, book your space at the pool, or for the hotel parking ahead, as they fill up fast. We couldn’t benefit of either during our stay unfortunately as we didn’t know we had to reserve before arriving.

Good: Staff were very helpful, location if great just 2 mins from the Croisette, everything clean and high quality. Breakfast was really great! Bad: Rooms on 2nd floor are quite noisy at night with the main road close by. Also lots of noise from room above with people going out / coming back from a night out.

The room requires a bit of renovation, especially in the bathroom. The spa was decent ( sauna, jaccuzi, swimming pool and steam room) but the steam room was under maintenance. They have an outdoor pool but chargeable to use so didn't bother as walking distance to the beach. Apart from that great location as very central and close to the train station to get to other parts of the riviera.
