"בית המלון היה ממש מעולה. מיקום פסטורלי ושקט. צוות נפלא ועוזר(הכינו לנו קופסאת אוכל ביום שיצאנו מאוד מוקדם, וגם איפשרו לנו צ'ק אאוט מעט מאוחר יותר בשל יום גשום) ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. חדר יפה, חדש ונקי- ישנו בחדר עם גינה שיוצאת ישר לבריכת שחיה. הבריכה נקיה ועם נוף מהמם. 10/10. צריך לקחת בחשבון שהוא מעט רחוק ממרכז לזיזה, אבל באוטו זו נסיעה של 5 דקות(יש חניון על העיקר העתיקה) וברגל 25 דקות."

"Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up. Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday she bought over a lovely bottle of wine in a bag with a flower. She really made our holiday special!! The highlight was the pool though… beautiful, clean, lots of new sunbeds and umbrellas!! It’s a small place so not too many people, it’s only a short walk in to the centre of Lazise. It’s got plenty of parking and is well maintained with cleaners and handymen and gardeners on site daily. The Lidi nearby is very handy and well stocked!! We had a fabulous time staying there with our twenty year old son. We were very sad to leave and would definately return!!! So pleased I booked a place with a pool and near Lazise! Great for families and couples. A real pretty location. Quaint, local restaurant just around the corner and up the hill, was the best, great prices, great food and great views of Lake Garda, we only discovered it on the last night, wish we had eaten there every night!!! THANK YOU VANESSA… for being you!! Xx"
