"Amazing stay! We enjoyed our stay here as we explored the Dolomites. The room was clean and comfortable. We were lucky enough to get air conditioning even though it wasn’t part of the booking. (The family that checked in right before us was not as lucky…no AC.) The pool and hot tub was great even though the spa area is under construction. The breakfast buffet was incredible with many cold options and they offered eggs cooked to order as well. We would definitely stay here again."

"Really close to town by the side of the river. Tea and coffee provided and recommendations for places to have breakfast. Free access to the Aqua Centre a few mins away along with free train and bus transport and cable car up to the Plose."

"The hotel rooms and parking are excellent. The dining room staff and food were also excellent. However, the front desk staff were not consistent. While our check in person was very friendly and helpful, a subsequent person was frankly rude. Better training in hospitality would be helpful. Would still highly recommend this hotel!"

"Sehr freundlich, stilvolle Zimmer, sehr sauber. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und Restaurant nebenan sehr lecker, guter Service. Einzig die Zimmer Türen sind infolge Türschliesser sehr laut. Man kann sie trotz Niederhalten der Türklinke nicht leise schliessen, da wäre eine Verbesserung sehr angebracht. Aber das ist echt auch das einzige."

"It is conveniently located in the historic district. Is clean, modern and smells like a spa. The rooftop pool has a nice view as well as our room terrace. The breakfast and staff were very nice. We would stay here again."

"Our overall stay with Hotel Platz was amazing! All the staff were very warm and welcoming! The location itself is perfect if you want to go to Alpe di Siusi or Seceda using a cable car and the hotel views are phenomenal. Highly recommended! "

"We spent 3 nights here in July and they were amazing! The property is gorgeous and it is close enough to town to walk for food or the cable car. Also 20 min drive to Ortisei if you want to explore there or do the seceda hike. The restaurant was phenomenal, with an interesting 5 course meal that switched up every night. The rooms were great and we got an amazing balcony view of the mountains. The service by the pool was also great, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The one thing I’ll say is,...
