"Beautifully clean hotel. Stayed a few times and cleanliness standards are always kept very high. We had a heritage room this time - room was perfect but bathroom was pretty small. Large shower - but from shower glass to wall is the width of a bath mat so if you’re a rather large person you won’t fit. Breakfast was delicious although for a “Scottish” breakfast I would have expected Lorne sausage and sliced haggis. We had dinner in the bar area in the evening and although again, it was delicious there, wasn’t very much choice. We had the balmoral chicken which really wasn’t enough so a choice of extra veg would have been ideal. Overall a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. P.s. staff are wonderful ☺️ "

"The staff at this hotel are great. The young lady that waits in the restaurant is superb, the duty manager has a lovely manner with customers and the gentleman that sorts out the breakfast on a morning is a delight to speak to!"
