The property was well located in proximity to the centre. The parking was good right outside the property. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed.
On arrival I was greeted by the owner who was very approachable and helpful during my stay. Definitely visiting again.

Location is amazingly convenient for the new town of Edinburgh. Staff were mostly really helpful and accommodating. But the bed in our room was very uncomfortable and we had a real issue one night with noise outside our room in the corridor. This was not repeated thankfully. One of our pillows was not clean - sadly only noticed on the last night.

"On the downside the menu did not change on a daily basis . The height of the bath was almost impossible to get in and out. The staff were very nice , chatty and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I would recommend the hotel for short stays."
